Fairfield by Marriott Langkawi presented an exciting opportunity to create a luxurious beachfront destination that seamlessly marries modern architectural elements with local influences. The goal was to design an environment that maximizes the breathtaking ocean views, fostering a sense of tranquility, and provides a captivating beach resort experience for guests.

Located towards north along the pristine beaches of Cenang, Fairfield Langkawi was to set a new benchmark for an exclusive hideaway complemented by the warm ambience of Malaysian island living.

Bringing this vision to life, the CTA team created an innovative design inspired by the local and contempary architecture.

The cascading architecture was designed to optimize the panoramic ocean views. Blocks and steps descending through the landscape ensured that guests could enjoy stunning sea-to-land views from every angle.
